ENGINEERING STUDENT   /   GAME PERSON

I like understanding how a thing works — and what it feels like to use it. Somewhere between robotics, code, and games, those questions keep turning into new projects.

01THE SHORT VERSION

Part engineer.
Part game-world architect.

I’m studying computer engineering at ESPRIT in Tunisia. Before university, robotics competitions gave me a taste for the whole loop: design the mechanism, write the code, watch it misbehave, then work out why.

Now I’m building toward games. I’m interested in the point where an elegant system becomes a meaningful experience — where a rule, a tool, or even an interface can carry part of the story.

I’m not here to pretend I’ve finished becoming the thing I want to be. The in-progress part is the interesting part.

02A FEW CHECKPOINTS

A path with
some side quests.

Not a perfect straight line. More like a robot finding the track again.

2022

FIRST LEGO LEAGUE   /   TUNISIA

National champions

Our team won the Tunisian championship. I worked on robot design and lead programming for a LEGO Mindstorms EV3 robot.

NEXT

ARAB FLL   /   EGYPT

Fourth place, bigger arena

The same robot-building curiosity travelled with us to the Arab competition, where our team finished fourth.

NOW

COMPUTER ENGINEERING   /   ESPRIT

Learning how the larger machines fit together

University adds algorithms, programming, and a lot of new vocabulary. I’m adding game-engine fluency and creative projects alongside it.

NEXT?

THE LONG GAME

Make games where the system means something

Build technical range, keep developing COTé:PTC, and work toward a career that lets engineering and creative direction share a room.

03WHAT I BRING / WHAT I’M LEARNING

Things I know.
Things I’m chasing.

Experience is a starting point, not a finished inventory.

HANDS-ON

Robotics & control

Robot design, LEGO Mindstorms EV3, lead programming, and PID-based line following.

CODE

Build, run, understand

Experience with C and Python; currently learning C# and the way Unity organizes components, lifecycle, and engine-specific APIs.

LANGUAGE

English & communication

I have a C2 English certificate and I’m comfortable moving between technical detail and story-level ideas.

04THE MOON-SHOT SECTION

Big plans.
Very unfinished.

The direction is game development: build the engineering foundation, keep making independent work, and aim for the kind of projects where technical systems and creative decisions shape each other.

Germany is one possible route for future study or work. Valve is the moon-shot. These are ambitions, not job titles I’ve already earned.

Still looking up.
